Dear Valued Patient:
It is with mixed emotions that I announce my retirement from active practice, effective April 1, 2027. I will continue operating until January 1, 2027. During the following three months, I will focus on seeing postoperative patients, performing small procedures, and providing Botox and filler injections.
Dr. Landon Perry, a plastic surgeon I have known and worked with for many years, will become the custodian of all my medical records and will be an excellent resource for your ongoing plastic surgery needs.
Your medical records are confidential, and a copy can be transferred to another doctor or released to you or to another person you designate only with your permission. If you plan to continue with Dr. Perry, you can sign an authorization to release your files to Dr. Perry on your next visit. If you choose to see a different physician, please contact the office as quickly as possible to obtain an authorization form for your records so we may transfer your records to you or your new doctor.
It has been my privilege and honor to serve as your plastic surgeon. After 40 years in practice, and with (almost) three grandchildren to spoil, this feels like the right time to step into a new chapter of life. Even so, I will truly and deeply miss seeing and caring for so many people whom I have come to think of not only as patients but also as friends.
From the bottom of my heart, thank you for the trust you have placed in me over the years. Being a part of your life and your care has meant more to me than I can adequately express.
Best wishes,
Elizabeth Kerner, MD
Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery
